Concord Hill Farm began as a blacksmith forge and small flower grower for almost two decades. We are now proud to be located at 54 Main St. in historic Chatham, NY.
Our artisan handcrafted soaps and candles are poured in-store in small batches to ensure quality and care in every item. We believe in using food grade, quality, natural ingredients - many locally sourced or even home grown!
