Your satisfaction is our priority! However, please note that personal care items (such as soaps, lotion bars, lip balms, etc.) cannot be returned. If you are unsatisfied with a purchase for any reason at all, please reach out to our support team at Concord.hill_farm@outlook.com and we will be happy to assist you.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Cancellation Policy:
Retail orders may be cancelled with a full refund prior to shipping or local delivery.
Canceled custom orders will be subject to a loss of deposit.
Return Policy:
Due to the nature of personal care products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with any product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Mistakes happen and we will do everything within our power to ensure your satisfaction.
