Can I edit my order after it’s been placed?

Please email us as soon as possible at concord.hill_farm@outlook.com.  We will make every effort to accommodate you if your request is received prior to shipping.

How do I cancel my order?

If you need to cancel your order, please call us at (518) 441-1874. We can cancel your order up until it ships, but please let us know as soon as possible as our turnaround times can be very quick! Once an order leaves our hands, we are unable to cancel your order.

When will my order ship?

The team at Concord Hill makes every effort to ship items within 72 hours. You will be contacted if there is an anticipated delay in processing your order. All orders are sent via USPS Priority Mail.

How much do I need to spend for free shipping?

Free shipping is available on all orders over $50. This does not include any sales tax.

Can I ship to more than one address?

We cannot split shipping addresses in one order. Please create an order for each shipping address.
